➤ Films must have been produced in or after 2018.
➤ Any genre is accepted with a maximum length of 40 minutes.
➤ Films may be submitted electronically via FilmFreeway OR a provided link and password mailed to festival mailbox.
➤ Submissions in languages other than English must be subtitled or dubbed.
➤ Multiple entries are accepted.
➤ Entry fees are non refundable.
➤ A student submitting a film must provide a photocopy of a current and valid student ID or a letter from his/her school or university verifying enrollment.
➤ If the film is released online, it is still qualified to enter the competition.

➤Films must reach the Festival through a valid link of any file transfer site (ex. Dropbox, MyAirBridge, WeTransfer, etc.) at the following e-mail address: info@youality.fr

➤Films specifications:
mov or mp4 format encoded with H.264
max. 20000 kbps constant bit rate
ideal resolution 1080p (1920 – 1080)
and AAC 48kHz/16bit sound.
